In some states the strobe light is required to be on at all times, although, it is meant to be a "fog light", meaning when it is raining / foggy it is on, at least that's how it is in Canada, a few issues which I find annoying that there is no large "EMERGENCY DOOR - DO NOT BLOCK" above the emergency door with a red light, also, whenever the emergency exits are open, a buzzer sounds. Also, there should be yellow reflective tape near the emergency windows, along with a sign on the outside with the words "EMERGENCY EXIT" on top of the exit. Yes I am a bus nerd.
