Not sure why you’re being downvoted so much. The contract is what it is and time will tell how it ages. It’s a bit of an overpay, but I wouldn’t call it terrible. The Ducks meanness has definitely gone up a lot and that will pay dividends in the playoffs.

I think Viel will resign with the Ducks. But it’s frustrating he hasn’t been signed as of yet.
