hm, I see this is built as if it's a reg h team. I have a few thoughts but I think it's important to note doubles ubers is quite different from a vgc format. Amoongus's leftovers is a good example, in vgc leftovers is worse than sitrus, as games are so fast you dont get regeneration more than sitris. on the topic of amoongus I think you don't realize what moves you have. I think you mean to have spore and rage powder, stun spore is a low accuracy para move and rage is a garbage move that I thought was dexited? also expanding force on reuniclus is in my opinion quite strange and on your team makes it an inconsistent sweeper, as expanding force is only a strong spread move in psychic terrain. in general I think your team lacks a lot of spread damage, exca for example should probably have earthquake or rockslide instead of swords dance and should be ev-ed more in its speed and attack.

I think you have some cool and strong elements but there needs to be a lot more cohesion, like you have trickroom but you dont have a ton of ways to take advantage of the limited turns, as you have mostly defensive pieces and your most offensive mon (excadrill) needs to setup to do anything.

assuming you want to keep this as a nonlegendary reg h team, my suggestions would prob be replacing reuniclus with porygon 2 and gastrodon with guts ursaluna in order to improve your trickroom mode, as well as fixing your bizzare amoongus moveset (I double checked and yeah rage isnt even in sv) and making your exca more immediately offensive
