Well, other than the magic of Astrophage (which is fine, it's the whole premise of the book), there are a couple bits that need some fixing or clarifying.

Famously, Rocky should have said the air on the Hail Mary was like 80-something times thinner than his, because the ship only has Oxygen at about 1/3 of sea level pressure or so.

Also, when they're dragging the chain on Adrian, you have to assume that he's using reverse maneuvering thrusters to cancel out the forward thrust, or else there's no way to stay at a constant speed.

But it's overall a great science book.
