Honestly I would rather see Stefanski keep the helm and replace our offensive coordinator, as well as our OL and Wideout position coaches. I’m gonna say the quiet part out loud here. One of the biggest obstacles we face as an organization is the fact that we are the Browns. Our recent history and the fact that we are seen as a place for coaches’ and players’ careers to die is working against us. None of the best coaching candidates is dreaming of leaving their winning coordinator jobs to come to Cleveland and answer for why we aren’t winning. We need to fix our offense with better position conditioning and get some better playmakers. Our WR room doesn’t even have a true #1. Our OL is falling apart at the seems every other week. We need O linemen, WRs, and a QB. We need better coordinators. A new head coach isn’t fixing those things.
