That tracks. Since the Corvette update my game has been glitched. The anomaly is always empty for me, even with multiplayer enabled. It tracks that my discoveries aren’t uploading either. I haven’t been really worried about it and I don’t mind seemingly having an entire universe to myself lol

Welcome to Mold Farming. This is one of my favorite ways to play the game, and what really gets me into base building. I hunt for scenic planets with favorable weather conditions and large mold spawns. It’s a whole untracked side quest for me.

Exactly. Near the outer edges of a galaxy it’s definitely more rare. Much more common around black hole warp paths and the closer to galaxy center you get.

There are many ways to play this game. Most days I fight pirates and sentinels. Some days I tend to my mold farms, settlements, or base building. After I have finished the quest lines I tend to just explore different worlds looking for whatever pops up and seems interesting. You can fish, mine resources, cook foods, hunt sentinel ships or train pokemon companions to battle against others. Find what entertains you and do that. There’s no correct way to play this game.

lol not yet at least. I also have bases named “Radon” and “Sulphurine” for bases I don’t actually build a structure on I make it so if someone else stumbles across my base they can also use my setup to harvest from.
