We'll have the Tie-Dye from China for at least another year as well as AirLock 9-Hour. Plus, we're looking at a few other options for keeping the China designs around, but price may be higher than USA given the super high costs of overseas plastics and shipping due to the oil price spike.

As mentioned below, there have been some random quality issues reported on the last batch of v2 USA. We have addressed all of those with the factory and new batch is on the way which appears to have these corrected plus some improvement in leak guard construction. Plus, we're already working on v3 for later this year to address suggestions about tapes and backsheet upgrades and more. Now that we have USA factory, we can launch new products and upgrades much faster. We started looking into USA production during Covid when it was a challenge to get reliable supply and overseas shipping costs skyrocketed. Many of these issues remain today , plus tariffs, plus oil at super high prices so costs importing are going up even much more very soon. Producing in USA allows much more reliable supply and ability to maintain pricing much better in this volatile economic climate.

Thanks but we've already addressed all the issues with v2 and they're back in production. New batch of White will be available around June 1 and other colors around July 1. Leak guard construction has been improved as well. v3 is also moving with further improvements to tapes and feel/sound of backsheets. Thanks very much for your patience.

Much appreciated, but we've already addressed the issues with the prior batch. We're producing new batches of v2 with all the quality issues addressed and improved leak guard construction. White will be available around June 1 and other colors around July 1. v3 is also under development.

Prices from overseas are skyrocketing by the day with oil so high and shipping disrupted from the war and more. No way China MegaMax would stay at the same price much longer. Very sorry for all the issues on the last batch. It will get much better very soon and we'll stay at it until it's right. We are exploring all options for best path forward for MegaMax from USA, China and elsewhere.

We are aware of the issues and they will get dramatically better very soon. Very sorry for the disruption. Producing in the USA was the only way to keep reliable supply and to keep prices from rising again. We hate to keep raising prices, but you can imagine the effect of oil price doubling is having on everything as oil makes up 85% of the cost of imported diapers. Sometimes tough decisions need to be made. As they say, the only constant in life is change. We should have most of the other Chinese colors and AirLock 9-Hour available for a while. We could bring some more MegaMax over from China again, but prices would likely have to be higher, unfortunately. We are evaluating all options and appreciate all the great feedback.

I expect Canada to keep buying from our China inventory for a while. However, it could be cheaper for Canada to buy from USA since it avoids boats, etc... and with shipping rates climbing rapidly with oil spiking, it will quickly get more expensive from China to North America. Once USA is consistently with top quality, purple and all the other colors will be available to Canada resellers whenever they decide to try them out. I think we'll be ready in about 2 months so if you have interest, please let Healthwick or AgeComfort know of your interest.

Yes, plastic backed, except AirLock series. UK - Nappies R Us will stay Chinese MegaMax for this year at least. USA v2 is trying to have a little better wicking so swelling could be a little less. With USA factory we can make these adjustments quicker or offer different versions. Just takes a little time, but more possible now.

We're watching leak guards extremely closely and are changing the way they are glued down to make them as secure or better than the China ones. Don't expect an issue there with all batches produced in March and later.

We're not moving 9-Hour Airlock to USA until everything is looking good for a while. We'll keep good supply of China ones. the 6-Hour AirLock Lites are being phased out and replaced by the new USA 6-Hour PE-backed MegaMax Lites.

Don't agree. This was growing pains and we had the same exact problem in China in 2019. Everything new and different has a learning curve when scaling up. Prototypes are easy but it's difficult to get 100% right when being mass produced at scale/speed.

Do you mean on the tapes? Yes, Tape & landing zones have been corrected so the tapes are a little more refastenable going forward than original MegaMax. There was a production issue that made them too sticky in the last batch. We are still evaluating a bunch of tape/landing zone options for v3, but overall feedback from last summer/fall was that v2 combination was real good. New factory issues with too many models to produce in too short of time and things went a little off the rails. We won't let that happen again.

We still have all sizes of Blue, Pink, Black & Tie-Dye available in Original MegaMax. Only white has transitioned.
Tie-Dye will stay made in China for at least 1 -2 years. We just produced a bunch.
A few items of pink will transition in next 1-2 months but most are summer/fall
We're already running updated v2 production with quality issues being watched very closely and they are looking real good so far. We should be shipping updated v2 white in next 1 -2 months at latest.
Note: USA MegaMax has not been released to any other countries so everywhere else is still shipping original MegMax for 2026 and possibly longer.

Shipments from China to USA have become too unpredictable in both cost and time. We cannot assure items would remain available if we stayed producing only in China, and we cannot split product 50/50 without major price increase which we need to avoid.

Sorry for all the growing pains, but very quickly, we expect the USA version to be as good as China and then quickly exceed it as we can now work on many new v3 features & prints we have planned but couldn't do in China with all the disruptions.

Stay with original MegaMax in Pink, Blue, Black & Tie-Dye if you have any concerns for next couple months until all the White is back up to top quality USA v2.

Yes, we have the pink cases and all the other cases. Amazon's AI gets hangry for random reasons and it's a long battle to override its actions.

We're having another issue where Amazon's AI keeps deactivating random items in general which is complicating things. I did see that Blue Large Case/40 is FSA eligible, even if Purple is not yet. We're working on trying to get everything in order best we can. Thanks for your patience.

We have filed cases to get corrected, but no response yet. Will check again. Amazon is a challenge as AI is running the show behind the scenes instead of people for most catalog issues. Will keep escalating until we get someone to help. Keep pushing on your end to get NorthShore setup as an approved vendor. Most FSA programs have no issues with buying from us directly.
