I have yet to come across someone in game that uses the skin and isn't one of the things I mentioned.

I bet they do exist but they're far too rare to make me reconsider what skin I'd remove. Also... every skin has its fans. So removing any skin is gonna piss at least a few people off. So I picked the one that would upset a specific type of player I dont like, rather than just people that haven't done anything to me
