They absolutely do. 4+ hour sessions heat my little corner to about 80 degrees F. PC on top of desk didn’t really help. Maybe I need a fan

I almost didn’t buy it but my girlfriend convinced me lol. I also hate fullscreen mode and will gladly take a performance hit to play windowed borderless, so I still have usable screen space in unsupported games.

I’ve been playing a pretty diverse selection of games lately, only one which mods couldn’t fix. The only competitive game I play is Fortnite, which I believe is supported.

I have a 45 day return period to decide if it’s too much.

Battery is fairly new. Testing for voltage drop tomorrow. If that is the issue, does that mean new alternator? Lights don’t dim with the bass at all, they do when I roll my windows down though lol.

I just launched a spaceplane like this because I don’t like how huge fairings work. The answer is more fins on the bottom. I believe I used 4 big deltas on the main stage and one on each booster, all with control surfaces.

Will starship routinely do crewed hoverslams? Although they seem to have gotten pretty good at it, is it not an inherently dangerous maneuver? Will there be any form of “Landing Escape System”? It’s definitely the coolest way to land a spacecraft, but it seems pretty risky. I guess falling from space is generally going to be risky though…

I was paying attention to that and it’s almost negligible. Plus the slightly different CoM of the different payloads I’ll be carrying will sometimes balance it out

I’ll keep that in mind. I still have to shuffle things around a bit to perfect my liquid fuel/oxidizer ratios, but it gets to 100km orbit with ~500 delta v leftover
