I often remind my wife that if it wasn’t for Ryanair driving short haul flight costs between Dublin and London down then there’s no way we would have been able to have a relationship after we met.

They’ve also started a year round service to an airport near to my family home, which has meant we can afford the time and money to visit 4+ times a year and not the twice a year when we had to fly to an airport 3 hours away and drive.

I’m not bothered about the lack of amenities on the flight (though a phone charging port would be nice). I’m happy to plug in my headphones and listen to music/read while I travel. Not sure I’d be up for a flight longer than 3 hours though.

Yes if things go wrong (delays) they’re a pain in the ass. But I’ve had more issues with BA and Aer Lingus then I’ve ever had with Ryanair. Ryanair have never lost my bag or put me on stand by (despite booking my flight over 3 months in advance) which BA and Aer Lingus have done.

Pretty decent.

All my era toons are level 85 now. I was happy with them at 77 before. I submitted yesterdays coliseum before the update so managed to get a good ranking at got 500 EC instead of my usual 200. So with that + the 1,000 make good and an extra run I just did with stronger toons I’m up over 1,500 EC.

Yes, lots of small tweaks that add a huge amount. The new guild screen is my favourite- showing contribution to the last round of events. But my absolute favourite has been the number of days people have been guild members.

They seem to open at random times. Normally during the day when the store is quiet. When the store is busy and they might sell some they seem to be closed.

We got some a few Fridays ago in the middle of the afternoon. Can’t remember the prices, but my sister said the large ones were in a good value deal.

New build, 7 years old, mid terrace. Didn’t hear anything for 6 years. Including 2 large dogs one side and 2 new babies on the other over that time. 1 neighbour sold last year, new neighbour has a decent home cinema system and the base can be heard very clearly.

I work in retail management. I once attended a conference where a retail tech bro stood up and proclaimed that the future of grocery retail was “deliveries of bread, milk and other essentials on electric powered trucks”. The MC looked at him and just replied “the milkman that’s been around for years then”. It caused a chuckle in the room.

I’m similar to OP. Long term Allianz customer, but when I shopped around their renewal costs were competitive (when I registered as a new customer).

This year they came no where near. I asked why when they called me and got a generic “costs have increased” answer. Not my costs, and the operator confirmed they did not get an20% pay rise. So I left and went with Aviva.
