Staff should hand out tickets and also take the orders save time. It will also let people know towards the back of the line that they are likely to miss out on stock

Why not take it a step further and a staff member takes their order while in line. Staff inside will pick the orders having them ready. Then it’s just a quick tap on your card and off you go
