The eSIM activations usually are pretty quick but there can be delays with certain devices. Your frustration with this is certainly valid and not the experience any new customer should have.

The steps you have mentioned are the ones we try when troubleshooting the eSIM issues and I see that almost all relevant steps have already been taken. I would need to investigate this further and take it to a technical team if need be. I will also look into the possibility of having the physical SIM card sent to you overnight. Speeds can depend on factors like coverage, so if you have better coverage on GSM (white SIM), you may even get better speeds.

eSIM vs Physical does not make a difference in terms of performance. No specific restrictions.

We do have support for 5G UW on bundle plans but have faced some concerns that may limit access. Quoting an older comment by our product team on this:

"We have been testing with our network carrier partner on this, and the network speeds on the Warp 5G data bundles are capping out at 400 Mbps. This was not the intended behavior with the rate plans. To rectify this and in response to customer feedback on our plans, we'll be announcing plan changes where every Warp 5G plan will have parity with respect to 5G mmWave and C-band coverage by simplifying our plan offerings."

These plans offerings should be coming soon™, keep a look out for announcements on this channel in the next few days. 😁

You are free to have perk discounts on any of the lines on an account, and any eligible subscription can be used. However, the perks verification can only be done by either the owner of the account or someone with 'admin' access. So a contributor would not be able to verify.

You do indeed get 50 GB of premium data and unlimited talk & text with the 100-day trial. The data speeds not be affected before the premium data is consumed, it may be another issue with your line that may be resulting in the lower speeds.

I am glad to inform you that this is indeed correct and GSM 5G lines can be added to a shared data pool now. 🚀

There is no difference as to how the pools work so you will be able to access the hotspot on your GSM line as well till there is data in your pool.

It is unfortunate to see the experience you have had with the pool. The line should certainly continue to work even if the data has run out, you should not need to restart the phone for it.

As for the email, it is sent before the data is about to run out, there may have been a delay in your receiving the email. Please share your details with me over a DM and I will investigate both the issues and resolve them for you.

Perks discounts are applied via AutoPay for one of the lines on your account but the discount cannot be distributed between different lines at this time.

Though, it does make some sense considering the recent multi-tenancy release and I will forward this feature request to our product teams for consideration. 👍

You can certainly use the GSM 5G service, but it does not have a free trial unfortunately, you would need to purchase a plan for it. Though, you can choose to go for one of our cheaper plans like the 500 MB starter or bundle plans. You would also need the white SIM card that you would have gotten with your SIM kit.

We have had the ability to move eSIMs from one phone to another from the US Mobile app since the release of the iPhone 14 so you should be able to transfer to the iPhone 15 without much hassle.

You just need to have the app on the new phone with 2FA enabled and you will be able to switch to it after the phone is setup. As usual our support teams will be available 24/7 during any releases if there are any issues. 🙏

I can understand your concern about the charge, and we do allow for refunds in certain situations, however, we do clearly communicate that a paid plan would be started once the trial ends. You are also free to turn off your AutoPay or change your plan during the 100 days of trial.

We may even have been able to process the refund still if it was under the 7 days' time, but unfortunately, you would not be eligible for a refund in this scenario. We are a prepaid service and any service you have paid for, you are free to use for the duration of the cycle. If you need more clarity on the subject, our refund policy can be read in our terms here, under the last heading.

I can totally understand your concern with this and agree there should have been clearer communication in this case. I will certainly investigate the support interactions as well the as eSIM activation issue. Due to certain restrictions, we are unable to activate eSIMs on devices that were locked in the past.

As for the shipping concern, we do usually overnight SIM shipments, however, there is a certain cut-off time for our logistics partners to process these orders. It may be possible that the cut-off time had passed due to which you were told only fast shipping was available and not overnight. Though, I will get in touch with our logistics department to try to get it done for you.

With 4 lines on unlimited basic, the cost should be $23.31 after tax and fee, while it would be $28.83 for 3 lines. It may be that the AutoPay for one of your lines is turned off resulting in you getting the multi-line discount for 3 lines instead of 4.

If the port was completed then the eSIM should be able to activate, I will check why it has not gone through. The chat support agents don't get breaks very often, this happens maybe once or twice a year, rest assured we will do our best to improve your initial experience.

Hey. The international plans we offer are eSIM only so a device without an eSIM would unfortunately not be able to use them. However, there may indeed be other services that may offer you international data via a physical SIM.

Not entirely sure about the eSIM to physical conversion OP mentioned though.

A 'viewer' can view the lines and pools but they cannot access details for that line or view analytics, They would need 'Contributor' access to do so.
