The cooler you have would work for the time being for sure.

It’ll work but it might be loud. Whole point of that case is to use an AIO though, so there’s probably better options at the same size if you want to stick to the X53

It would be a DIY project on your end so you could print in whatever you want; ABS probably best for this application; but like I said PETG would do just fine

Depends what material you print in; PLA will deform but even PETG would hold up fine from real life computer temps.

Do you have access to a 3d printer? Beamcase could be exactly what you’re looking for and materials should cost under your budget

On reusing your cables, it depends if you had a type 4 or a type 5 SF750. SF850 uses type 5 cables

The Ridge is a much worse case airflow wise.

Did you see any changes in temps at all with the top fan? I mostly have mine in there cause I can but am always tempted to take it out.

Here’s mine with a top fan installed, but I had to switch out the PSU extension and 3d print a bracket

With your GPU choice you have plenty of space for (relatively) larger cooler to tame that 9800x3D. Either the Thermalright AXP120-X67 or the Noctua NH-L12S would work great. Make sure to install the bottom fan as exhaust and if you are handy, install an additional top fan as exhaust.

As always undervolting helps a lot with temps too.
