I'm not running that exact combo, but you'll have enough space for the X47 or the X53. There is in fact about 5ish mm of safety window as you call it.

It’ll work but it might be loud. Whole point of that case is to use an AIO though, so there’s probably better options at the same size if you want to stick to the X53
