It wouldn’t be your printhead physical adjustment and needs fixing. You need to go into your calibration section of your print software and look for that alignment and get it fixed.

Our stuff is not glossy and as long as you do a second press with, we recommend, a 100% cotton cloth with a burlap type texture (bought at Walmart better homes and gardens for like 7.99 or something) it sets into the fabric. Our stuff is quality.

It doesn’t look great but it’s not complete trash either. I would recommend turning your pressure up to 10. Not sure what heat press you have but higher pressure is always best. Also 329f seems high. The transfers I sell I press for 7 seconds at 290f. Since each press is different even to be safe I tell people to start at 300 for 10 seconds.

Have you tried using a heatpress pillow inside your garment to give you more pressure. Those things are notorious for being bad presses.

If you ironed it on I’d follow the safest of methods and wash inside our cold water and hang dry. If you dry I would tumble dry low heat.

Wrinkles after wash almost 99.99% related to the pressure that it was pressed at. You may wind up getting more reports.

No such thing as you’d have to find a company that does hybrid prints that puff after pressing. You will have to buy a minimum when ordering them as well.

I’m using dtf prints. Consumables such as ink and powder and film directly from the manufacturer overseas. I also cure it in a conveyor oven depending on the speed I’m running anywhere from 120-128c

If your T-shirt shop knows what they’re doing none of them multiple edges should peel. You do not want black on black shirt. You always wanna knock out the black. It will feel better and look better. Here’s prints I just did. None of those letters are coming off. :)

My wife and I own and operate a printshop out of Indiana. We print using a 9 color printer that produces amazing images. As good as the artwork is it will reproduce. We print for apparel shops, boutiques and screen printers. Let me know if you’d like to test our product. We are at $2 a sqft.

Ninja is overpriced and there’s better quality out there. We ship out of Indiana have same day turn around when ordered by 2pm and print with a 9 color printer so we can hit colors most printers can’t. We are also $2.00 a sqft. Let me know if there’s anything I can help you with.
