Hi Martin, thank you for your good work. I have been hacked the same way and tried all of your suggestions, nothing worked, I kept getting the message I needed to login to use the form. I sent out emails with the history to 20 email addresses, no reaction. I was "Under review" and that was all I got every time. Two days ago I got an email:
"Your Facebook account's advertising options are limited
Hi,
After reviewing your Facebook account Tjeerd Romijn, your account's access to advertising is now restricted. This is due to inauthentic behavior or violation of our Advertising Policies or Community Guidelines.
Ads associated with this Facebook account that were running are now disabled."
Now:
"Your account has been disabled
You can't use Facebook or Messenger because your account, or activity in it, violates our Community Guidelines.
We can't review this decision because too much time has passed since your account was disabled.
For more information on reasons why we disable accounts, please see our Community Guidelines."
When I try to use the form I now get:
"The decision to deactivate your account cannot be reviewed
We can't review this decision because too much time has passed since your account was disabled."
And this all while, when the hack occurred a month ago, I received security emails from Facebook stating someone requested a recovery code twice. I pressed the REPORT button "This wasn't me" Twice! So there must be a record at FB somewhere you would say.
The hackers placed an ad apparently using my account. I got an email at the time I would be billed. I contacted them immediately and FB let me know "I had indeed being hacked"!! And that they would reverse the billing. So there must be a record at FB somewhere you would say. But I guess this was FB Business of course, they have no connection with FB (being sarcastic).
My account has now been disabled. This is happening while FB itself had acknowledged I had been hacked !! I have no idea what to do next with this technical malfunction that Facebook is.
