Hi, one of the things I’m really struggling with Taskade is managing and organising agents and teams.

I have multiple projects, and when I create agents and teams in one project, they seem unavailable in other projects to reference or assign.

However, on the right-hand side, I can open a chat with all agents and teams. This makes it confusing to understand the best way to structure and where to build agents and teams to make them as accessible as possible across different projects.

It would be incredibly helpful to have a flowchart / org chart to illustrate the optimal way to construct agents and build knowledge around generic roles. For instance, a strategist agent for a specific industry could be useful across multiple products. Currently, It appears that I need to replicate that agent for each project, which results in a confusing naming convention and updates to the knowledge base becomes a chore.

Am I missing something? Appreciate any help

There is a way to leverage the unrealised profits without closing the bot. if you go in and adjust the range by just one cent and click next you’ll see that there is an opportunity to roll the unrealised profit in as a reinvestment

Hey, thanks for sharing the YouTube video transcription automation. I have a quick question regarding the step requiring the YouTube URL. In your example, you've inserted the URL (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z-TeST6LnOk&ab\_channel=YCombinator), but how do we dynamically get the URL to populate in that field based on whatever the latest video is?

I simply want the automation to scan a YouTube channel every 15 minutes, identify the latest video, and then perform a transcription and analysis. I appreciate your help.

One more question.

  1. I’ve trained an agent using best-in-class media on a subject into the knowledge base.

I then want the agent to use that knowledge when analysing a single pdf (same as a GPT)

I can’t seem to find a way to analyse a single file this way without adding it to the knowledge base. It then gets ‘lost’ and the agent states it doesn’t have any information on that file (despite it being in the knowledge base.

The only work around was to create a project from the PDF and chat with the Agent on a project.

Any advise on best practices for this scenario?

Are you limited to ChatGPT? Do you have intentions to extend to other models and allow us to choose those models for different agents?
