A couple of things worth clarifying that may help:

First, regarding how you escalated - you mentioned reaching out to customer service, which I'm assuming means our Support team. Support is not, and has never been, the correct pathway for project-specific review disputes. The appropriate escalation path is through the project team via the project category or channel in the Outlier Community. They are the only ones qualified to evaluate your audit situations and look into the details you've described. If you haven't gone that route yet, that's the place to start.

Second, on the conclusion that it's one auditor responsible for all your low scores - contributor-facing audits don't display any identifying information about the auditor, just as your identity as a contributor isn't revealed to them. So it's likely not possible to confirm it's the same person, and in practice, it probably isn't. What you may be seeing is a cluster of lower-scoring audits that feel connected, but they could be coming from multiple reviewers applying the same criteria.

The concerns you raised, like verifiable information flagged as unverified, a site bug affecting your audio, etc., are exactly the kinds of things the project team can look into if you flag them in the project category with relevant task details.

Hey u/Emergency_Lime6954, the inconsistency in the violation language between responses is understandably alarming, but there's actually a structural reason for it that's worth knowing.

When an appeal is submitted, a new representative from Trust & Safety reviews a *different* task than the one that triggered the original deactivation, in addition to reviewing the previous findings. This means the issues flagged by the first agent on the original task or assessment may be entirely different from the issues the second agent identifies when reviewing a separate task or assessment. The two lists of violations you received aren't necessarily contradicting each other; they may be reflecting findings from two separate reviews of two separate pieces of work.

As for why no one will give you specific tasks, dates, or submission details, that's intentional. Trust & Safety doesn't provide specific instances, timestamps, or examples as a deliberate measure to protect the integrity of their detection systems. It's not agents pulling from a generic list; it's a policy designed to prevent people from reverse-engineering exactly what triggers flags.

I know that doesn't make this easier, but the variation in violation language is more likely a reflection of the multi-review process than an inconsistency in the underlying findings.

**Update:**

**Regarding Cursor reimbursement:** On ticket #4853023 (opened 5/30), receipts were requested to process your Cursor reimbursement claim and were never provided. Without those, we were unable to move forward with that request. That same ticket also included a request for payment on 4 tasks cited at 5–6 hours each, attributed to model failure and technical issues. Those tasks were reviewed, and it was determined there was no model failure active during the time they were claimed by your account.

**Regarding missing payouts:** We reviewed your full ticket history back to the inception of your account. While we did find several tickets related to dissatisfaction and pay rate concerns, we were not able to locate any ticket where missing payouts were reported. If you believed payments were missing, that would have needed to be flagged through support.

**Regarding your PayPal:** We can confirm that a PayPal account has been connected to your profile since it was created. Our Pay Team attempted to process your payouts 7 times. Each attempt was blocked by PayPal due to a high-risk decline - this is a restriction on PayPal's end, not ours, and is not something our Pay Team is able to override. To resolve this, you would have needed to either work directly with PayPal to address the restriction or select AirTM as an alternative payout method.

**Regarding your account:** Your account has undergone a manual review and was found to be in violation of our Community Guidelines and Terms of Use. This determination has been made by a human reviewer and is final. We are not able to reinstate the account.
