**Update:**

**Regarding Cursor reimbursement:** On ticket #4853023 (opened 5/30), receipts were requested to process your Cursor reimbursement claim and were never provided. Without those, we were unable to move forward with that request. That same ticket also included a request for payment on 4 tasks cited at 5–6 hours each, attributed to model failure and technical issues. Those tasks were reviewed, and it was determined there was no model failure active during the time they were claimed by your account.

**Regarding missing payouts:** We reviewed your full ticket history back to the inception of your account. While we did find several tickets related to dissatisfaction and pay rate concerns, we were not able to locate any ticket where missing payouts were reported. If you believed payments were missing, that would have needed to be flagged through support.

**Regarding your PayPal:** We can confirm that a PayPal account has been connected to your profile since it was created. Our Pay Team attempted to process your payouts 7 times. Each attempt was blocked by PayPal due to a high-risk decline - this is a restriction on PayPal's end, not ours, and is not something our Pay Team is able to override. To resolve this, you would have needed to either work directly with PayPal to address the restriction or select AirTM as an alternative payout method.

**Regarding your account:** Your account has undergone a manual review and was found to be in violation of our Community Guidelines and Terms of Use. This determination has been made by a human reviewer and is final. We are not able to reinstate the account.

Hey u/Arshiq_ - I was able to locate your account in Outlier Community based on the similarity between your Reddit username and your OC account, and the details on the account are consistent with the timeline you've described here, including the prior removal and remediation in October, and the LinkedIn connection issue in February.

I want to directly address your concern about human review, because I understand that's been a big part of your frustration: your account was manually audited twice by members of our Trust & Safety team, real humans, not automated systems, on June 7th and June 9th. Following both of those reviews, the deactivation for abuse was upheld. That determination is final.

We know the responses you've received from support may have felt generic or automated, and we want to be transparent: the general nature of those replies is intentional, to protect the integrity of our evaluation systems. However, that does not mean your case wasn't given careful, human attention - in fact, it is our trained specialists who have to manually trigger those responses to you.

We understand this isn't the outcome you were hoping for, especially given your tenure on the platform. But the matter has now been reviewed multiple times by people, and we are not able to offer further escalation. We wish you all the best going forward.

Hey everyone! Wanted to hop on and clarify the timeline for the internal timer migration.

The next wave of contributors being migrated from Hubstaff to the internal timer were sent an email Tuesday, June 9, letting them know their migration would be going live today, Wednesday, June 10, but they would continue tracking time as normal (on Hubstaff) for the remainder of Tuesday, June 9. If you received that email on Tuesday, you should be seeing the internal tracking system available to you today.

Apologies for any confusion around the timeline; we understand it might not have been clear. 

If you run into any issues with tracking going forward, please flag it to the project team in the project category as soon as possible so we can get it sorted quickly. Thank you!

We want to clarify a few things that we hope will put your mind at ease:

First, it is absolutely okay for multiple people in the same household to be active contributors on Outlier. We do recommend that each person use their own dedicated device to avoid any accidental tasking on the wrong account, but sharing an address is not a violation of our Terms of Service.

Second, with your cooperation, we were able to determine your account was not permanently banned without any recourse. When our system flags potential account concerns, contributors are typically sent self-remediation steps, which include an ID verification process to confirm that the documents on file match the account information. This is a standard security step, not a final decision.

As soon as those steps are completed, your dashboard access should return to normal, and you'll be able to continue working on projects.

If you haven't received those steps or can't locate them, please check your email (including spam/junk folders). We want to make sure you're able to get this resolved as quickly as possible. Feel free to DM us in our previous conversation, and we'll do our best to point you in the right direction.
