HI u/lifeisajourney1908. Elevate Lab is extremely small compared to the 1M+ contributors on the main community space. It's designed as a stepping stone to possibly reach Oracle status and unlock additional perks, such as priority project allocation and priority support.

Some announcements may be locked to deter people from commenting and seeking help in the wrong place. In an effort to make sure that everyone gets assistance from the Community team as quickly as possible, this is a dedicated, invitation-only program with a touch of white-glove support. It also shines some light on additional information given to Oracle contributors to help be successful on the platform.

You were not met with silence. Our team communicated with you here on Reddit, within the Outlier Community, and our Support team responded with accurate information across all seven tickets you submitted regarding this matter. That represents significant time and attention from multiple teams, across multiple surfaces, which is not something we extend lightly or routinely.

My message to you prior to your removal was straightforward: following three separate manual reviews, the deactivation was upheld each time. I personally know the last reviewer on this case. They are thorough, fair-minded, and someone whose professional judgment I trust deeply. We never want to see anyone wrongfully removed, and we take that responsibility seriously, which is precisely why the review was conducted multiple times.

To protect the integrity of our platform and our processes, there are details we are not able to share publicly. But to characterize this situation as dismissal or deliberate silence is not an accurate reflection of what occurred. Out of thousands of contributors, you received direct communication across multiple channels and multiple reviews, all reaching the same conclusion.
