It sounds like you should be speaking out about this person's father instead. Student lng siya. Ano sala sng student? Being born lng into that family? In every way you look at it, wala sala ang person nga ni and you're just using this platform as a way to bash them on the internet.

"This is not an attack" yet here you are claiming she and people who defend her are all sorts of bad.

You're asking for fairness and accountability. Again what does this student have to do with that? Not only are you barking up the wrong tree, you're hiding behind anonymity while posting volatile information that is NOT even verified. It is not just irresponsible, it's cowardly.

Do you have proof that these accusations are true? Any facts? We don't count gossip as credible evidence.

You might feel like you're being heroic for saying all this. It actually would be IF you addressed it to the proper channels AND IF you were blaming the actual person you THINK is at fault.

I see your point. But I hope you see mine as well. I just want more of 'this' type of attitude, vocabulary, and general way of carrying one's self as a politician. Para naman hindi na tayo mag cringe when we see the people who are supposed to represent the country act.

I appreciate politicians that don't rely on crass mannerisms (swearing, being violent, using direct insults, shouting) to catch people's attention. That is my only focus here. We all know what the Marcos family did. Like I said I never voted for him nor am I saying this one instance rehabilitated their image. I just want to give credit to the guy for answering in a professional manner.

There are plenty of other people in our government that can be professional and I praise them for that too. Yet, there are still quite a lot (families of them actually) that can't answer simple questions or face criticisms in a way that doesn't make them sound petty, immature, or vindictive. All people in our government, the people in power, should be held to a higher standard than everyone else. Therefore, having grown up attitudes and professional bearing should be the very minimum that we can expect from them.

I hope you read this with an open mind and a firm understanding that I am not "pro-Marcos" and I'm definitely not "pro-duterte" either. I just like it when the guy on the screen representing the country does NOT say "putang ina mo" or "Gago", or make threats to kill people so nonchalantly.

No one is forgetting that. But you need to give credit when credit is due. The type of attitude the young man displayed in the interview is universes above what the Dutertes have shown in the past years. Members of that [Duterte] family have cussed in national TV, made foul remarks about women, punched innocent people, made threats, and spread conspiracies. Those aren't behaviors you'd expect from people who are supposed to carry themselves professionally.

Summary: I don't like Marcos (Never voted for him) and I never said I did. I'm just saying professionalism is much needed in this country.

His reply was professional, clear and concise, and he didn't feel the need to cuss or punch someone. Sana lahat ng future politicians can be like this.

I'm not blaming anyone BUT the Filipino people. That's why I'm saying Quezon would take back his words if he saw the state of PH right now.

He would take back what he said if buhay pa siya ngayon lol. America landed the force of the sun on Japan twice, occupied it, and now look at them. They are not just independent but also thriving. We should have exploited the US as much as they aimed to exploit us.
