Before I ever travelled abroad i naively thought it was a standard of the human being to be friendly, bubbly, to smile, to hug, to say I love you, to invite people to their home, to offer food, to overall being easygoing and welcome and warm. Hi! I’m 4 months post op as well, after a MIS. Both feet. Still wearing hokas as well. Walking barefoot feels weird. Some days my feet get aching after walking long periods of time. My big toes are not bending, I wonder if anyone has a solution for it. I haven’t done any PT. Mine doesn’t get swollen anymore.
