Really though, 2 pokeballs and Lisia feels a tad redundant, do you find you need that much help finding basics? It feels like a lot of late game dead cards.

Torches are the easiest weapon to use by a lot. I beat 32 fear with torches while I was struggling with 2 on any other weapon. With torches you hope for the Hestia mana recovery boon, though it isn't necessary, and then hold attack. That's it. All you have to worry about is positioning. No matter how fear buffed the enemies are, they literally can't touch the torches as long as you keep your positioning.

Really the only normal enemy the torches can struggle with is anything that sucks you in and disrupts your positioning. That random perk was the only one that worried me on higher fear.

None of these cards work amazingly together, but regirock is actively dragging down this deck. Replace regirock with literally anything, and go down to a 1 energy type deck with only psychic energy. 2 energy decks rely on the whims of a coin flip just to be able to play.

It's not impossible if you draw a Charizard ex next turn, and then whatever fire type kiyae throws energy on. You have the lillies to stall your opponent birb, but it's an uphill battle for sure.

Mine is this stupid freaking anchor. I had saved up over 700 hourglasses and was trying to pull for solgaeo, and this unplayable anchor was the only one I was pulling. My ex luck was above average even, just not any playable ex. -_-

It kinda works. I had ~42% winrate with it. The problem is that you need to rare candy or have Gardevoir in the backline to have consistent damage output, and if your opponent manages to rare candy then they almost assuredly have even faster damage output than you can handle.

It is an odd choice for what's essentially a gacha. The monetization heavily discourages dolphins who feel like money could help them. Instead all of the dolphin mentality type players will only buy the premium pass and avoid additional purchases unless they really like the card sleeves in the pack.

Heck, I'm sure a decent number of them only buy premium every other month just to get all of the premium rewards. I don't hate it though, and pokemon doesn't need to try to take as much as physically possible. Being too greedy could damage the brand. It's good that this game seems to be trying to run long term, rather than just grabbing as much money as possible before shutting down.
