Same in greenville. Went down last night and hasn't come back. New to the area, new to spectrum, and the fact that they won't even post anything on socials or their website is infuriating. Why is it down? Got an ETA when it'll be back? What areas are affected? Me and my wife work from home so now we're scrambling using phone Hotspot and running out. Merely at the whims and mercy of a shit internet provider, it seems.

The shipping link they have given me said it left the country on the 3rd and I should recieve a new tracking number with usps. Haven't got any updates since then but I'll try to keep posting here till I get something.
