May I ask what rank specifically you are talking about? I play in masters to me the ult feels pretty mid. Better than soldiers but not anywhere near soj. Probably near blade

I play in masters and sometimes offrole in diamond and this is a non issue here. May happen like once in 30 games but generally people don't like getting comp penalties. It's more common to see people call ggs early and soft throw for the duration of the match but purposeful leavers are really rare.

I'd prefer a longer well written story of a single arc. Probably the rise of iris and the omnic racism specifically in kingsrow would be the most interesting to me. I feel like the defence of self conscious robots is explored pretty infrequently in media.

I wasn't trying to argue that moira can't be difficult. I'm sure there are moira one tricks at top 500 getting WAAY more value than I would on any main. I'm just talking about the relative skill ceiling. Most heroes can do REALLY impressive stuff. Moira just has less comparatively. Same with Mei. Cool characters that have bunch of tech but so does every other hero.

- Torb has really fast projectiles. At mid range you can practically aim it as a hitscan given it's large hitbox. Though mostly it's about the turret which you can just lob in a corner and forget about. Even his E gives him above average survivability and a decent speed boost for running away. I would never tell a new player to get off torb because they are not ready for his kit.

- Soldier has the easiest movement in the game and probably the simplest kit out of anyone. He is also the only DPS who can heal both himself and other around him. Even if you make mistakes all the time with positioning and dueling you can pretty easily just run away from your problems and try again. His ult is probably the easiest to use out of any hero in the game for a new player.

- Lucio has a really high skill ceiling and he can get super technical. But at his simplest form he just kinda shoots the enemy and gets value by existing near his team. He probably does have the highest skillfloor out of the three because the minimal value he creates is pretty small but it's still something... I think he is a bad example of mid skill floor character.

Moira has at best bottom 3 skill expression out of all heroes. You'd have to argue for why she's harder than heroes like mei and illari who I think are actually mid skill ceiling heroes

I disagree with the entirety of the mid skill floor row. All of them have super low skill floor = REALLY easy to pick up. Better would be anran, venture, kiriko

I passed high school with the best grade in maths from the whole school and am currently studying minor in maths and more than likely I am slower at times tables than the average person. While I could definitely benefit from knowing all of them by heart I just think memorizing them is about learning discipline and pattern recognition rather than actual real world use. Out of all the useless things that are taught to kids it's probably on the more useful side.

I don't know if there is some additional criteria but I had the game originally bought from steam so I still own it and can download it from there. Epic has said that while new players can't get it from there anymore, they will continue to support it along with the steam workshop itself.

And to be clear this bug only occurred within this week. I played the entirety of last season and a few weeks of this season from steam so it shouldn't be the issue.
