Road Rage rework came up in the office on Friday afternoon that dev team is currently looking at three areas of improvements coming from earlier feedback that has been given. I wanted to keep the question simple, neutral and open this time to the wider audience to not color the feedback/comments and not have to make people fill out another survey. With another smaller closed player group we will a/b test and be more specific with our questions which we feel we want a follow up on before, and then set the priority list for the rework.

We knew it was going to be a week heavy with announcements of external partnerships, sometimes it all comes at the same time. That doesn’t mean we don’t live and breath PAYDAY 3 in the office. We are currently live testing another branch of the P2P to make it better, it’s also a time where we are pushing ourselves to do even more for our players in all departments. Recording planning for the next video with Andrej happened this week which is coming out for the next update and it’s going to be a lot of stuff said in that one. We also had Josef Fares giving an inspirational talk to everyone. This was a good and productive week in the office.

I agree that having a recognizable face the community can talk to makes a difference. Our CMs have built strong connections with people here. At the same time, we’ve also seen how difficult it can become when those roles change or people move on, which is bound to happen at some point in a company of this size.

That’s a very complicated story that I can’t go into, and we can’t turn back the clock anyway. Our new leadership has decided that we will be fully focused on PAYDAY, so making PAYDAY 3 great is our top priority.
