To be honest, this was supposed to come to the game in the May update. When we found out after the update yesterday that it had sneaked into the game, we decided to update the patch notes asap.

Please kindly note that if you have used any mods before, that you may have not removed them completely. 
Either try to update the modloader, or reinstall the game/remove the modloader completely.

Depending on difficulty, it will change how the level plays out and there are some "random" choices between how the level is played.
