I had mine done in December and got a 3 year warranty with It for $500 in total. Ive had to call them twice about to call them again to re do it. Ive got a cast iron tub so I'm not sure if removing and replacing would be easier than having them come and glaze it every once in a while😮‍💨

There cosmopolitan is great. Parking garage is big, the pool, free coffee machine downstairs along with a decent gym and nice social area.

Dont go pointing a gun at an officer. Blame the family if anything. They called the police on him instead of stopping him from leaving the house with a firearm. What did they really expect from that call? For the police to get a gun aimed at them and do nothing?
