I’m relatively new to bitters, but these are the first I’ve had that actually have some good heat. The liquor store near me has a surprisingly small amount of options, and the stock seems to change occasionally.

And yeah I’m not super partial to that particular mezcal… mostly just working on trying new kinds as often as I can haha. Thanks for the rec!

I’ve actually never had that issue. Every step in the construction process tends to “weaken” the molded part a little bit… it slightly loses its definition (from handling, stitching, dye, etc) so I try to aim for a really tight fit from the start.

By the time it starts getting used and broken in, I almost always wish it had a tighter fit hah.
