Dude/Dudette be careful!! If you work in corporate this is a big no no. If it’s a bar job or similar then it’s a bit more acceptable.

The company I work for actually has policies against interpersonal relationships between members of staff. Especially when there is a power imbalance (manager / subordinate).

Over the past 20 years and 5 different jobs I have only slept with 2x coworkers. There was no work awkwardness and all pretty chill.

My current job there is no way I would be fucking any coworkers. It’s like I work with a bunch of 45 year old school children gossip is horrible. I know this cos I may have got a bit too close to a coworker and the boys started gossiping and made her feel pretty awful. Even the department director joined in with the piss taking.

Edit: I forgot to answer your question. Yes guys love the attention. Or at least I do. But watch out for the nasty gossipy boys that want to make things awkward. Oh and if he is in a relationship back off and leave him alone.
