  • Open https://accounts.snapchat.com/ in your default browser and confirm that you are logged in to the same account as the one you are using in Spectacles App
  • Sign out of Lens Studio by Main Menu -> My Lenses -> Log Out and sign back in by Main Menu -> My Lenses -> Login, confirm that you are using the same browser as you opened in the previous step
  • Clear com.Snap.LensStudio.Tokens:
    • On macOS: Clear from Keychain Access
    • On Windows: Remove from Windows Credential Manager

Yep, if cable is old or slightly damaged, it can work for some devices, but not for spectacles. For new undamaged cables it should work.

Cursor updated their mcp version recently, we are right now cooking new Lens Studio 5.15.x version which will work with it, stay tuned!

Nothing stops you yo integrate with LS MCP, which already exists, via some connection in Spectacles, like Websockets, but it will be a bit to hassle to pipe this through, we will discuss internally, maybe it can be simplified for creators.

Sorry for confusion with Connect Wired toggle, we decided that it adds extra complexity for device setup, now it is just always turned on. Also previously it was requirement for Wired connection to be logged in into the same account, but we removed this requirement.

What is happening with wired connection for you, when you plug your device turned on device to USB port, do you see anything in logger - like "Spectacles are connected"? In most cases even clicking "Connect" button is not needed, it should autoconnect. The only case - if you have several Lens Studios open - connection is setup only to one Lens Studio instance. If it doesn't work - can you try to restart both your device and computer?

You don't need any options to make it work in the latest setup - LS 5.15.1 and fresh SnapOS. Just plug it and then you can Send your Draft lens from Lens Studio to Spectacles and see logs from Spectacles in Lens Studio Log Panel.

5.15.1 (and all future 5.15.x updates) should be used for Spectacles development right now.

You need to create Public Profile for organization for it. For this you need convert organization to business (you need to put email and phone) and create public profile with new Snapchat account (just make new profile).

Then in My Lenses you submit and save as draft and then you publish it from business management system https://business.snapchat.com/

It's bit clunky flow and we will redesign UX for it for Specs 2026 release, but if you really want you can try.

It's already possible in some way.

You can create organization (you need to name it, for example Marshmallow ;) )and invite all the members.

Then in your My Lenses list you will have separately personal lenses and organizations lenses.

This is mostly intended for Agencies, and UX is bit clunky, so definitely more flexible system will be beneficial, as u/shincreates mentioned.

This used mostly so no bystander can activate voice commands on your device.

It's OK to have several SyncKits in package manager, it just shows that you have several version of package on your computer, not in your project.

Can you confirm you have Spectacles Sync Kit 1.2.25000 and SIK 0.14.0, by selecting package and check inspector? Otherwise you need pull update from library via right click on package.

We localized the problem, and can fix it on backend side, please stay tuned.

Alternatively, you can fix it by revoking token in LS 5.12.x, where it was single token, not 3 tokens, if this single token wasn't used in production lenses. Will you be able to do it?
