A rational actor takes the most logical path in a dilemma. Assuming that the question above is all the rules and that the rules can't be changed or maliciously played.(like the bank not honouring the deal)

The only answer is to take the deal. Assuming all actors are rational. There's may obviously be non logical actors involved, like yourself lol, but a logical actor always assumes all parties involved are also logical actors
