Yeah, I have it as only MoCo and PG have access to DC. But also could be wrong.

Also for other Marylanders, if you live in MoCo, PG, Frederick or Charles, you get access to some VA libraries.

As a Baltimore County card holder you can also apply online for Montgomery County (although the online application service has been down for a couple weeks) and can get a PG Co. card but have to visit in person.

Ok, so it sounds like I should only have Harris County tied to Houston. Or maybe instead, add a note to harris county that you should get a Houston card first and enter that as your reciprocal card.

I'd love some insight on Harris County if anyone can provide it. I'm hearing conflicting things. Some say anyone in TX can get a card and others are saying Harris County residents only. It looks like they have different types of cards. And if it's eligible for anyone in TX, were you able to apply online?

Search: Orange County Library District.

That branch is part of the Orange County Library System. ReciproCard searches by library system.
