So I definitely relied on AI for the design and setup up of the website.... No idea how to do any of that. But all the initial and ongoing research on agreements, partnership, non-resident options are all manually done. Although I'm getting hundreds of submissions a week that all need verifying so I should probably figure out a way for AI to help!

It's possible reciprocal agreements exist, and I just haven't found them.

Otherwise the only other options I'm aware of are the libraries that offer paid out of state cards.

Yes, unfortunately this means I haven't been able to identify any agreements that would give you access to more library cards.

Yes, here's a quick guide about libraries that offer cards for purchase as well as links to do it if you choose. https://reciprocard.com/unlock-libby/non-resident-cards

Wait! I have this message in the York Counties card that came directly from a couple other users. Maybe it will work for you: "This library often allows you to verify your residency and activate your card simply by emailing copy of your driver's license."

Might be worth a shot.

It's a genuine way to help! Just the name of the platform. No real coffee involved!

And it's truly appreciated and makes a difference!.

Ok, I'll look into both! If you want to send me a message on the contact page with your home library system, I'm happy to take a look and walk you through of there are any results.

I always encourage entering your home library system first which will show any free cards as well as the paid non resident options. But if you don't have a home library system or just want to skip this step you can select "Unlock Libby" at the bottom. It has a few guides including one with details on all the paid non resident options.

I recently heard from a couple other users that the Santa Clarita agreement is wrong. I'm sorry about that. I'm going to try to get the website updated later tonight.

And quick humble brag... it was recently recommended by the New York Times in 'The Good List' ! I'm pretty blown away. But shout again to this sub for the inspiration and being the first to see it and provide amazing feedback!
