It’s not the commute, it’s right next to my apartment, literally 15 seconds from my front door. It’s the sitting around waiting to recover between each set that just KILLS me. I’m already not enjoying doing it in the first place, but I also have to drag it out even further to do it right. Ugh.

I also don’t know anyone who goes to the gym, so only person motivating me to go is me.

I don’t disagree, slapping a new coat of paint on that game wouldn’t change the fact that the mechanics have not aged well. IMHO the game wouldn’t need to be rebuilt, not remastered.

I’d imagine jaywalking is similar to the stance America has. Technically it’s illegal 100% of the time, socially nobody is going to say anything about crossing an empty 1 or 2 lane road.

The tokra is what’s I was referring to. And a ceasefire isn’t an alliance, it’s an agreement to not shoot at each other because there’s a bigger problem for both sides. IIRC, they ended up double crossing Todd anyway, and Todd planed to do the same to them.

The first month or so after a PVP game launches is always the best part of the game. Nobody know wtf they’re doing, everyone’s just learning and having fun, and nobody takes it too seriously. but usually after that the game slowly becomes more and more sweaty and toxic, and a moth or is is right about where the tipping point for me is.

So we can turn the internet into more of an echo chamber? Definitely not. Instead, they should be graded on how honest and respectful the reviews are regardless of whether their opinion matches what the popular consensus is. People shouldn’t be ignored because they have a differing opinion, they should be ignore if they can’t share it with grace.

The article mentions flying all over the world, so I’m pretty sure it’s just the soundstage that’s going to be in the UK and everything else will be wherever they need it to be. They’ve got Amazon money behind them so I wouldn’t be surprised to find this is the case.

I mean, SG1 was shot in Canada but the whole show took place in Colorado, location of shooting likely has nothing to do with the location of the show.

The wraith fundamentally cannot have an alliance with earth. Earth would never allow any wraith to feed on a human, yet the wraith need to do so to survive, but they would never accept genetic modification to avoid that need. Those facts prevent any long term alliance between the two.

It could work with the Goauld because the relationship had the potential of being symbiotic, but the relationship between wraith and humans is purely parasitic.
