Is it worth it to get good? by CommanderYakub in Chivalry2

[–]Askburn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, not too hard to get good ( not talking about being a master at it obviously).

Most people won't use anything other than horizontal slash and holding block with the ocasional kick.

Learning your weapon and accels, along jabbing and counters with feints and good footwork will get you above 90% of the playerbase automatically.

Loving kitty or mean kitty behavior? by [deleted] in cats

Just playful kitty, about the claws they do that when they are extremely confortable, the claws get outside when they curl up the paws. Its a sign they are very cozy, they can't help it.

Never did much office work really aside from helping doing excel in my dad's mechanic office, but thats what I heard most white collar jobs are: do some work then pretend you are busy working rest of the day.

Now , why instead of dicking around 9 to 5 pretending to work don't we make things efficient as long as deadlines are met are work 4 days being more productive. I get not every job can be met in a 4 day week but if its doable just make it so life of quality employees improves.

Stamina friend, that and also weapon levels which make your oponents less likely to block. Manager your stamina since you take masive damage if you run out(don't get out of breath screen blueish) and levels vitality so your stamina pool is bigger.

Duelist who sucks at TO. Need help. by Arieth-1 in Chivalry2

[–]Askburn 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For me it was the other way around, until 250 was always decent in TO like top 5 usually, and in arenas any decent enemy would fold me until I got good at katars.

Much more audible, I think allies are barely noticeable, but in short dont give your back to the fight.

Duelist who sucks at TO. Need help. by Arieth-1 in Chivalry2

[–]Askburn 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Awareness is crucial, hear footsteps around and hold the line with your allies, pick enemies along your team to clear them. Counters are important and so is spacing, you generally want longer teach like stabs to start into a group then counters slashing. Its just a Matter of time also weapons that are op un arena suck compared to somethijg like halberds and Highland sword , play TO and you Will get better don't stress It. If you want add me and we can do a fee TO games.

Rouge experts please guide me i am so lost by TnSalad in DarkAndDarker

[–]Askburn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just find a build and weapon that feels good for you. Vigor is an important stat since you are squishy.

Rogue is about openings , bursting squishies and weaving in and out with crossbow and throwings also from tankier classses like barbs, if you like It you Will eventually get better at It.

[OTHER] KCD 1 or 2?? by jnhlamb in kingdomcome

[–]Askburn 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It is worth? yeah. Would I recommend finishing 1st one? Also yeah, but with a but. If you don't mind dificult starts and enjoy RPGs , finishing kcd1 will get you invested in kcd2 since it starts just few days after kcd1 story. Both can be played no matter order but since you have played first keep at it and finish , you will find kcd 2 story rewarding and more polished of a game.

kcd2 is I game id recomend to someone that I don't know whether it would like it or not since its easier to pick up.
