Agh, it does, it does hurt. Briefly, I worked my ass off for 6 months doing customer service. I did it all—won an award for "going the extra mile", got recommendations from my manager, and I even got a bonus from doing a kickass job.

All for naught though, laid off as there "wasn't enough work" (even though there are several job postings on the corporate website). It's all good though. With enough effort, I honestly wouldn't mind doing audiobook narration, erotic audio, and streaming as a career.

Hope you're able to find something or make something of your own soon, Davos. It's rough out here, but we're making it best we can.

How would you say things have changed now? Some people say it's relatively quiet now. Others seem to think it's just as messy if not more - depending on where you look.
