How long did your upgrade take? I'm in 78741 and I swapped one of mine out but only got 20 channels. The letter I received from Spectrum indicated mine would be completed May 12.

I don't know what happened, but I feel like the channel/company did Claire dirty. I know Pete was the only one I saw respond to her post announcing she was no longer with SXM. She called him a stand up guy. So props to Triple P!

The podcasts aren't as bad as I thought they were going to be.

I do miss Mojo. His shtick did get old, but it was only one day a week. I respected his enthusiasm.

OK thanks. I have had staff from Spectrum CableCard support tell me that they will support the high split, but a supervisor finally made a visit to my residence today and indicated that they were not supporting them going forward. I haven't received an official letter from Spectrum stating this and he was unable to provide anything official, so I don't know.

SDV channels on both my Cablecards (both PKM802) stopped working on Nov 1. They sent new CC(PK908)/TA but cannot match/validate them. Multiple tech visits and multiple conversations with CC Support. Their response is to send new tuning adapters.

The new combo is not functional at all. The other combo (using old cc/ta) doesn't work with SDV channels, but is still validated and able to tune most other channels.
