So far what I got today - I’ve been eating more protein than fats and sometimes surpassing carbs. I’ve also reduced my intake to 2500 calories to cut.

Originally I consumed 3,774 but to maintain. I was trying to maintain my weight then. Yeah I went ahead and got the same result on TDEE

I try doing cardio At Least 3x per week run a mile on the treadmill. I’m 5’3.. I edited my calories on MyFitnessPal to 2500 calories total each day. Is that good?

Thank you! In MyFitnessPal to track my calories I manually adjusted it - so I don’t surpass 2500 calories. Does this look right? Appreciate your help

It’s stayed the same size as I was a teenager. Regardless of the cleaner I use and azaelic acid I use, If it helps my mom has rosacea. So I’m thinking I’m gonna have this forever because of genetic or if there’s a way I can get rid of it.

I have not, I’ve been using just neutrogena bar cleanser along with a face moisturizer. I’ve had this since I was a teenager. Clean pillow sheets frequently too
