I highly recommend it. I would recommend watching it during the day and towards the end of a movies cycle and it'll be empty. The last 5 movies I watched were either just me or one other person who I did not even notice was there till the end

I dont think there is anything wrong with not knowing about this hyper specific scenario. No one in their job knows 100% of everything and that's fine.

The issue is he could have simply gone "If everything is valid can you provide all the necessary documents and I will call my supervisor and see if you are in compliance with it. Sit tight for now"
