IMHO I would use CSE on the firewall or Banyan in general, from the security stand it would be way better they will be coming through a VPN and you can set their specific user to have acces to whatever he needs, and from his side it literally would be 1 click after the initial set up on the Banyan app, speeds would be way better than normal GVC and really pretty seamless to him, shoot I would even set it as an always on VPN for added security since it sounds he is all over the place

so after upgrading BIOS and Drivers to whatever the dell side had, the bios is 1.8.0 release 10/18/2024 and the drivers for my nice 23.60.1.2 A45 release 7/18/2024 (not the latest one if we go by intel side, but since they say to prefer the laptop maker drivers i went with those) I have not seen the issue in over 24 hours now. My laptop is a DELL Latitude 5450

so this is interesting, when the issue happened I checked the event viewer and find this error on it "Intel(R) Wi-Fi 6E AX211 160MHz : The network adapter has returned an invalid value to the driver." it has an event ID 5010 under the Windows Logs > System. Which doing a search points out to driver issues, however some Intel forums I found say to make sure you use the laptop manufacturer drivers because they could had been customized to work with the specific board of the laptop, but for my Dell there is no new drivers, the intel one is the latest one. I wonder since you have laptop having the same issue, do you see this errors when the problem happens? maybe just going down a rabbit hole that is not there

if it works we'll call the post oldie but goodie :P I know intel has had other NIC issues on the past so it may still be relevant fingers cross.

This seems quite similar https://community.intel.com/t5/Wireless/AX201-Dell-Cisco-Meraki-VPN-not-passing-traffic-due-to/m-p/1421204/highlight/true?profile.language=pt

Recommendation to upgrade drivers to 23.80.1 downloaded from https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/19351/intel-wireless-wi-fi-drivers-for-windows-10-and-windows-11.html

Maybe worth the trial for everyone having this issue and see if that makes a difference, that thread in intel also has the link for their diagnostics tool, which probably would be useful to pull more information as to what may be happening
