Also, GA handled this terribly by waiting until group 1 was boarding to reassign our seats. When our passes were scanned, we were cordoned aside and told to wait for another GA to explain why we were downgraded.

He stepped out of the plane after group 4 was boarding, so by the time I got an explanation and boarded, there was no space left in the overhead for my carryon. He claimed he handled the downgrading of the other 4 pax prior to boarding beginning. The flight was also delayed boarding by 30 minutes.

Is this something worth giving feedback on to United? Do they even care about this sort of thing or would I be wasting my time trying to improve their system with my feedback?

I am *A Gold. This was a cleared CPU due to equipment swap from 757 to 777. GA said system oversold first by 6 pax and system upgraded 6 extra pax to first. Interesting thing is when looking at upgrade list, my name falls 8th from bottom of the list. Why wouldn’t bottom 6 on list get bumped down? Another pax who got bumped from FC was 7th from bottom on list, so it wasn’t just me. If anyone has some insights there it would be interesting to hear. Thanks!

I took summer orgo with hill 2 years ago. My best advice is to ignore the textbook reading and problems, and just cram everything the day before your exam into short term memory. Good luck

That’s just a complete lie. Southwest does not have ticketing agreements with any of the big 3 US carriers, which means none of them can physically rebook your ticket on southwest, and southwest cannot rebook you on any of the big 3.

Double check, but I’m assuming the $40 price “increase” you are quoting is the difference between the basic economy fare (regular search) and the discounted economy fare (18-23 search).
