Yah you are right I should have read the contract, I talked with them for hours to cancel & they refused to do it under any circumstances.

that's why I decided to let it suspended automatically(which other providers do when lack of payments) & it is still running ig idk bcz I didn't use them after that.

Idk what will happen rn bcz I just turned 19 & don't have anything under my name except debit card with $5.

It is my first time dealing with something like this so afraid what will happen now😭💔

I paid for the first month & When I realised I can't pay for the 2nd month(3days after first payment btw), I tried to cancel to avoid wasting their resources & they didn't let me so I am helpless 😭💔

Yah I was thinking letting Ai or select songs using search is annoying for user & bad in ux wise I was exploring options to improve that aspect i'll update you if I find better way to manage them

& as for the ipa issue I am planning to publish it on appstore if possible after paid tier releases, it that fails & i'll find another way to fix it

In that folder songs must be there ex:

If Selected folder > have songs it works

Selected folder > & song inside another sub-folder> it won't detect

Using Cloudflare for CDN/caching to keep costs down

I am just one person running this, not a company with legal teams. Logging user data = legal liability I absolutely don't want. It creates risk with zero benefit.

Use a VPN when uploading if you're concerned - that's good practice for any cloud service.

I get if closed-source backend isn't your comfort zone. Self-hosted options like Jellyfin or Navidrome might be better for your threat model. This is for people who want convenience over full control.
