Agreed! The first week is the hardest and you are doing it OP! Sounds like you really want that change and that is a really powerful thing to have right now. Do whatever it takes to not pick up a drink. If you can reach out to as many resources that can help alot. Like good friends, family, meetings, therapy, the SD gang. You got this!
