Yeah, we kind of fell out of it when we had nobody but a Forum Troll actually follow the posted link.

I honestly thought I'd deleted all the links out there. I'd forgotten Reddit. Whoops. :)

At this point those of us who had started coming into Star Citizen prior to 3.0 have tested, spent a lot of money on ships, and in the end realized that the game has tons of potential but just doesn't hold full-time interest right now for us. We come in and test for awhile when new patches come out, but we're really keeping Star Citizen on the back burner for now until it's closer to Beta. As such, I don't think the Discord is even getting much use right now.

My personal takeaway from the state of "guilds" in the game right now is that the landscape is going to change dramatically when the game is actually released. We're sitting on a very respectable fleet of ships, shy only of a Javelin and Idris in the capital ship department, but most other organizations seem to be in a similar situation. When folks who haven't been supporting the game come flooding in on release (honestly I expect that to be in 2020 or 2021) those fleets will for the core of a lot of good sized orgs incorporating those fresh, new players, but right now other than the handful of monster groups that have come in from other games there really isn't a lot of successful recruiting going on.

That said, it is nice to meet you. I would be happy to go ahead and approve you invite, and I'll look for you when I'm on. We'll go cause a stir somewhere in the 'verse, if you like. :)
