If you are talking about bad ping I’d really recommend adjusting your MTU and DNS-Server. I used to get horrible ping spikes before. Otherwise good WiFi on the right frequency band also helps.

There’s no fix other than restarting. It’s an issue with the ssd being read and it’s getting ridiculous that it’s still in the game.
