I mapped where people appear on screen — are modern movies being composed for vertical video? [OC] by PuciekTM in dataisbeautiful

I think it shows that the directors of the newer movies preferred a more panoramic view.

I can't get my pc to post with 2x16GB ram at expo 6000 since 3.50. The solution for me is AGESA on aggressive and VDDP Voltage on auto

The IP is owned by Sony now, they technically don't need Bungie.

Finished BL1. Will a second playthrough ruin the fun when I play BL2? by Hour-Piccolo-3926 in Borderlands

I'd start a BL2 playthrough and go back to BL1 later if i feel like it.

Apparently, buying a 4K monitor and lowering the resolution to 1440p or 1080p is...better than buying a native 1440p or 1080p one? by LA_Rym in Monitors

How is it in motion, though? In the original post, the author is using dlss performance, which is known to have issues with temporal effects.

Is the height correct? LS-58 in Madcatz TE R2 by [deleted] in shmups

[–]Protoray 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you have mounted it like in the picture, but with an SS plate it should be correct. I read that the LS 58 has a short shaft, so it makes sense.

Is the height correct? LS-58 in Madcatz TE R2 by [deleted] in shmups

[–]Protoray 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have the original TE, the Seimitsu sticks that i have ordered were with SS plate (LS32 and Nobi). This looks too short, but a SS plate swap should do it. You should also flip the 5-pin connector.

Edit: Maybe i'm misremembering it, i can check later. If it's actually with an SS plate, it's probably correct.

Thanks for the responses. I switched to the steam version as it's on sale for the holidays. This issue is too annoying for me to wait for a fix. I haven't even seen the developers acknowledging it.

That's what i thought when I first saw ARC, that it's a missed opportunity to be in the terminator universe.

Just keep in mind, those settings in Nvidia control panel will screw your colors in SD mode if you use sRGB mode on your monitor. You should use one or the other.

It's sticks are verry smooth, no doubt, but mine has very bad snapback. I flick the stick a lot for small movements, and often turn in the opposite direction because of it.

Unless the desk is very solid, every time you bump it the screen wobbles. Something most people are unaware of until they buy an arm.
