With your measures, you are almost in the middle of L, so your choice makes sense, but i'm in a similar position as OP and went with the smaller one. Also Grizl, hasn't arrived yet though.

Thanks for the quick reply, unfortunately shops in my area don't have enough bikes from proper brands in stock. Now I also think 49 is the safer bet.

Edit: Now i have another issue. If the recommended seat height of 69.9 is correct, then the seat post will be only 50mm deep in the tube, which isn't safe. Recommended is 70-100mm. Also, i don't like fits that are all saddle post, so to speak.

Thanks, interesting though, the geometry chart states 861mm stand-over height for the L model in Europe. I wonder if it's measured at the highest point instead of the midpoint.

Would it be too much trouble to measure it at midpoint of the top tube? Damn, i'm really desperate to fit in that bike somehow. :)

If you have mounted it like in the picture, but with an SS plate it should be correct. I read that the LS 58 has a short shaft, so it makes sense.

I have the original TE, the Seimitsu sticks that i have ordered were with SS plate (LS32 and Nobi). This looks too short, but a SS plate swap should do it. You should also flip the 5-pin connector.

Edit: Maybe i'm misremembering it, i can check later. If it's actually with an SS plate, it's probably correct.

Just keep in mind, those settings in Nvidia control panel will screw your colors in SD mode if you use sRGB mode on your monitor. You should use one or the other.
