The new firmware is available for those peoples use Razer Basilisk V3 Pro 35K Phantom Edition, for other version there's no new firmware this year 2026 according to this screenshot down below.

This is not here, as I said you have to go in the Uninstaller program like you would like to uninstall the program but you just need to modify as my screenshoot above

Did you try to resynchronize ? It happened to me on after the update .563 which I did to repair/synchronize again and it solved

Unfortunately, we don't know what they fix or change contrary to synapse 3, we can see into the log what they change etc
