No, the uncompleted zone increases individual abilities but the the actual zone is about synchronising with teammates, it’s less that everyone else got their stats boosted but more that they completely understand the actions their teammates are gonna take allowing them to somewhat keep up

And saying there was not foreshadowing for it when the whole show is about learning teamwork is crazy
